The Little Letter offers many choices and options and we realize that you may have questions and want to speak to a real person. Please call our customer service number at: 310-497-0023 • Mon–Fri • 9am–5pm PST If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as possible.


We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and money orders. When paying by personal check, your order cannot be shipped until your personal check has cleared our bank—usually 2-4 days longer than regular turn around time. There will be a $25 returned check fee for any checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds. We will be accepting credit cards and PayPal soon!


Most items are shipped via Priority Mail, USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

PLEASE NOTE: Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages on different dates however you will not incur additional shipping charges. Most personalized items take between 3-4 weeks for delivery. The cosmetic/travel bags take 5-6 weeks for delivery.
