Due to the personalized nature of our products we can not accept returns on custom items. Therefore, please ask questions and be specific when entering your monogramming request, selecting fonts, sizes, and quantities. If an error occurs on our part we will gladly reissue the item, and it will be rushed immediately to you. We stand behind all our products and we know you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, call or email and let us know how we can help make things better! Please note we can not accept any returns after 30 days from the date we ship the package to you.


Our website features swatches of all of the ribbon, fabric and color samples available for our items. We’ve done our best to get them exactly right, but please be aware that colors viewed online may vary from one computer to the next.


Each personalized and custom-designed product requires a different amount of time to produce before shipping. Please note that since these items are one-of-a-kind the time allowed are only estimates and may vary a few days. Most personalized items take between 3–4 weeks for delivery.
